Time Management
One software area where we have specialized is that of how staff actually use their time. This is frequently a much neglected area which is remarkable considering that staff costs are the largest element of expenditure in very many organizations. In addition where an organization has a multiplicity of funders it is vital that staff time is charged to the correct funder

MidiNetThis is our easy to use time recording system. Staff log on to a central system and record time against a number of projects and tasks. Administrators can then use the system to view the recorded time and critically assess results.
The ease of use and adaptability of MidiNet make it ideal for almost any time recording role.
It is being used by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, an agency of the Department of the Environment in Belfast. Philip Walker, the head of the Agency’s Financial Management section, is impressed by how smoothly the system works, and is finding the information made available by the system to be of considerable value in informing management in the Agency.This is a great system which will really reduce the administrative burdens on bodies which need to spend their resources on front-line operations.
