Good Governance
In addition to our software development work, our Chairman, David Clement, who is a long standing member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, has a wide knowledge and understanding of public finance, and in recent years has carried out a great deal of work relating to good governance and compliance.
David has worked in local government, central government at Stormont, and both the private and voluntary sectors. He is particularly experienced in advising organizations as to whether or not they are operating effectively and efficiently.
You will find many organizations talking and writing about Good Governance at the higher level. David’s expertise and experience go much further than that, right down to the office floor level where well documented systems are not always adhered to, and become diluted by the passage of time and people.
Our most recent assignments have included work for the Bryson Group and Mediation Northern Ireland, as well as the production of a paper on the subject of conflict of interest.
